Castellana Tower 100 Building
We conducted the normative study, permits requests, architectural design, refinements specifications and provided the necessary support for the construction of this housing project, which was led by a large construction firm from Bogotá.
Highlights
- Re-design every apartment inside the building to optimize spaces, considering that the structure was already being built and achieving satisfactory results.
- The technical coordination was a part of this project’s success primarily by not affecting the timing and budget of an ongoing construction that had to be redesigned.
- The materials specification and architectural details eased the joint efforts of every team (sales, budget, work crew, etc.) involved in the construction of this project.
